Important Announcement on Customer Registration in terms of ‘My Number’
Please be kindly informed that effective on January 1, 2019, it will be required by laws
(Act on the use of numbers to identify a specific individual in the administrative procedure
or My Number), for all our customers to submit ‘My Number’ before we can process
any remittance transaction.
Any of the following My Number document may be submitted.
1. Notification Card (Tsuchi Card)
2. Individual Number Card (Kojinbango Card)
3. Residence certificate with My Number (Juminhyo)
All registered members who have not submitted ‘My Number’ yet will be required
to provide ‘My Number’ before the next remittance transaction.
